Who We Are

Sunya is operated by Desmond Olubunmi. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.

What We Collect

Account information: If you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted password hash. Optionally your name if you provide it.

Session content: The messages you exchange with Sunya AI are stored against your account so you can return to them. They are stored in an encrypted database and accessible only to you.

Usage metadata: We store anonymised metadata about session activity (number of sessions, session dates) to manage subscription access. This metadata contains no personal content.

Payment information: Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your payment card details.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name unless you voluntarily provide it
• We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile you
• We do not fingerprint your device
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers

Session Content and Confidentiality

Your conversations with Sunya AI are private. They are not reviewed by Desmond Olubunmi or any member of the Sunya team. They are not used to train AI models. They are not shared with any third party.

The only exception is if we are legally compelled to disclose information by a court order or equivalent legal process, in which case we will notify you to the extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and database, Stripe for payment processing, and a large-language-model provider (via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate Sunya AI responses. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy obligations.

Your Controls

From your account dashboard you can:

• Download all your sessions as a JSON file
• Permanently delete your account and all associated data
